An endless round sling is an endless-loop synthetic lifting sling without eye ends or metal fittings. Its load-bearing core is formed by continuous filament polyester yarns wound into a closed loop and fully enclosed by a woven polyester cover, so the whole loop shares the load evenly without stress concentration, achieving high strength utilization.
Endless round slings combine high strength with outstanding flexibility. They conform naturally to irregular and fragile loads, spread pressure over a large contact area and never damage the load surface. They are widely used in wind power, heavy machinery, steel structures, ports & marine, oil & gas and many other lifting applications.
Custom WLL from 1T to 300T, any length and multi-ply structures are available, with OEM/ODM service supported.

8. Inspection & Maintenance
Pre-Use Inspection
- Check the label: WLL, length, batch number and validity must be legible and complete.
- Check the cover for cuts, abrasion, fraying or exposed core yarns.
- Check for heat damage (melting, hardening) or chemical attack.
- Check for knots, twists, deformation or split stitches.
Discard Criteria (remove from service immediately if any occurs)
- Broken or exposed core, or major cover damage.
- Heat or chemical damage affecting strength.
- Missing or illegible label.
- After overload, shock loading or a lifting incident.
Usage & Storage
- Never knot the sling, drag it on the ground or exceed the rated WLL.
- Protect sharp edges with corner protectors or sleeves.
- Store in a dry place away from sunlight, chemicals and heat sources.
- Carry out periodic inspection and record keeping per EN/ASME standards.

What is the difference between a round sling and a flat webbing sling?
An endless round sling is an endless loop formed by a polyester yarn core enclosed in a woven cover; it is softer, conforms to irregular loads and has no metal fittings. A flat webbing sling has a flat band construction, usually with eye ends. Choose according to your lifting application and standard.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

What is the delivery time?
About 7-15 days for regular sizes; bulk or customized orders are subject to the contract.
Can you provide third-party test reports?
Yes. SGS, BV, TUV and other third-party inspections are supported, and proof load test reports at 1.5-2x WLL can be issued.
Do you support custom printing and logos?
Yes. Customer logos, WLL and batch information can be printed on labels and covers.
What is the working temperature range?
Normal use from -40 deg C to +100 deg C; above 100 deg C, derate per EN 1492-2 and avoid long-term high-temperature exposure.
How long is the service life of an endless round sling?
With correct use, periodic inspection and proper storage, the service life can reach several years. Discard immediately if the core is exposed or the cover is badly damaged.
